  5. The General Ledger is a full multi-currency ledger supporting three different
  6. currencies for each transaction. The posting code, split between cost centres
  7. and account codes, can have a maximum of five levels, holding an unlimited
  8. number of budgets at each level. User-definable hierarchies allow creation of
  9. alternate reporting structures. The General Ledger sustains 18 user-definable
  10. accounting periods, each with an additional adjustment period, allowing work to
  11. proceed as normal in the new year, whilst leaving the old year open. Enquiries
  12. can be selected by period and year. Flexible report generator enables
  13. user-defined management reports to be generated.
